It is Rock Escolpio T125JB.
The first (minimal) change from the pre-HWS (Hybrid Wheel System) version is in the Face, the colors are very similar (green on black) but some small purple strips have been added on the green emblem, maybe to give a more “graffiti style” to it.
The Clear Wheel maintains in some way the first Escolpio colors, it’s red and it is actually the less wide (and should be the lightest) ever made.
We are accostumed (not too much XD) to the choice to maintain the same Metal Wheel for different beyblades, so…here it is another Rock Wheel… -_-
The Track is a T125, the same of Flame Libra.
For what concerns the Bottom, this is the only true new thing.
It is the JB (maybe Jagged or Jut or Jank…??? Ball), as you can see in the image below, it has many small spikes that should give more grip to the blade, but they surely decrease its Stamina abilities.
